Service Termination and Pricing

Adventurous Camel reserves the right to cease any or all services provided at any given time without any prior notice, especially in cases such as maintenance or other unforeseen circumstances. All prices specified on our platform are final and include any taxes that might be applicable. We always strive to offer the best services at the most reasonable prices. However, unforeseen charges imposed by local authorities after a reservation is made will not be absorbed by Adventurous Camel and will be in addition to the initially paid or quoted reservation price.

 

User’s Information and Accuracy

Our users are expected to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information when booking with us. Any form of misrepresentation may lead to the immediate termination of services, without any compensation or refund.

 

Copyright and Usage Restrictions of Content

 

The content available on Adventurous Camel's platform, including images, product descriptions, logos, and other relevant materials, are our exclusive property. While individuals are allowed to view or print segments for personal usage, exploiting the content for commercial or unlawful purposes is strictly prohibited.

 

Privacy and Security

Your privacy remains paramount to us. Adventurous Camel is committed to ensuring that all your personal details remain confidential. The data we collect, such as your name, contact information, and booking history, facilitates the optimization of our services. Our strict security procedures ensure the confidentiality of all your details, especially financial information. Our payment systems use advanced encryption techniques, like the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, to guarantee the security of your transactions.

 

Participation and Liability

Participation in any of our trips is at the individual’s own risk. Adventurous Camel does not take any responsibility for any injuries, health concerns, or any other adverse effects that may occur during the trip. While we prioritize the safety of our participants, the inherent risk associated with outdoor activities means that participants must take personal responsibility for their own well-being.

Furthermore, Adventurous Camel cannot be held accountable for any changes, disruptions, or cancellations resulting from third-party actions. However, in such events, we will make every effort to recover and refund any payments made, though this cannot be guaranteed.

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We empathize with our users that plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. Should you need to cancel your day trip reservation, notifying us at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time will result in a full refund. However, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the departure time cannot be refunded as preparations and costs will have been incurred on our end. If unforeseen circumstances force Adventurous Camel to cancel a trip, such as severe weather conditions or other safety reasons, we will inform participants as early as possible and fully refund the payment.

 

Governing Law and Changes

All claims or disputes arising from these services will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the domicile country.
